A Phobia is an anxiety disorder

A phobia is an anxiety condition where someone feels a strong, uncomfortable fear of a particular object or situation. This fear can be overwhelming, and when faced with that trigger it can cause real distress. Common examples include fears of spiders, snakes, dogs, small spaces, crowds or heights.
There are many more, and even the silliest sounding phobias can have a life changing effect on someone. I know of someone who was treated because of an overwhelming fear of ice cubes – it seems irrational to most people, but the strangest phobias can be very real to the sufferer.

You will discover that a phobia is most often a ‘learned’ behaviour. For example – a spider appeared on your arm when you were little, you didn’t know what it was, and it frightened you – even though it didn’t actually harm you. That particular experience lasted all of 5 seconds, and it stuck with you for the rest of your life.
Some Phobias may seem trivial and some much more serious, but they are all valid and present themselves in exactly the same way, and can therefore be resolved using similar techniques.
Like most learned behaviours, you can ‘unlearn’ them too.
Phobias are surprisingly simple to fix –
let me show you how…
